I started going to this facility in January 2026. My PCP was Crystal Qwens, I had asked for a referral to get a second opinion about my kidney disease and she refused to give me the referral that I request she gave me the same referral that Itold her I didn't want she then told me that she had other patients to see which I had appointment with her.

But the Staff and Doctor at Centerwell really put my heart at ease. And that's not an easy task. You see. I'm set in my ways and I mean that literally. But from the time I arrived to my appointment I just imagined how bad it would be. To my surprise let me tell you. The ladies at the front desk greeted me with a smile and a very pleasant Good Morning upon walking through the door. I had their full undivided attention the whole time from beginning to end of my paperwork. Very attentative, even made small talk to help make me feel comfortable in a new setting. Briefly explained and answered any questions I had without making me feel bothersome. Shortly a lady came out and escorted me to see the doctor. Just as pleasant as the others. Upon finishing up her duties. The doctor came in shortly afterwards. All done in a timely and effective manner. The Doctor came and greeted me with a big Smile as well. After talking to him going back and fourth on my medical history, I started feeling relaxed a little more as time passed. This is not as bad after all. I said to myself. The doctor was very professional and wise. He also made the visit reassuring and pleasant. What I'm trying to say is I've found trust here at CenterWell and I will be staying. this is a great place .everyone is so friendly.so comfortable.doctor gives great care very detailed.anytime I call for appointment they usually get me in that day or the next day wrap it up if you don't come here it's a mistake I've been coming here for years and I'm just grateful for this office
I love this place. They really take good care of their patients. They have gotten my blood pressure down and listen to my needs. Awesome place for seniors
Great clinic, I like how the treat me. I see Crystal and she is great. The front desk ceci and rosa always greet me with a smile. Marien and Jennifer are my nurses and they are great! Love coming here
