I am so happy with my new health care facility. They got me scheduled in a timely manner. Everyone was so friendly and happy. My nurse was personable and caring. My NP took time to get to know me, and answered all of my questions. I got my results on time, and was able to schedule my surgery. I was very happy with the whole experience!

This office has been extremely unprofessional and frustrating to deal with. My cousin’s appointments have been canceled multiple times, often at the last minute, and I have to drive him 45 minutes each time. To make things worse, they keep insisting that he has an outstanding balance when we do not owe them anything. He completed his lab work, yet no one ever called him with the results. Their phone lines never seem to work, so I had to drive him all the way there again just to check on something that should have been handled with a simple call. This kind of disorganization and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. Patients shouldn’t have to deal with repeated cancellations, false billing claims, and unreachable staff. I would not recommend this office to anyone. If you value your time and expect basic professionalism, I would strongly recommend finding another provider.

Awful receptionists. I arrived 7 minutes late to my appointment, the receptionist was on the phone for 5 minutes before she could help me, only to tell me I had missed my appointment in that time. They told me since I was a new patient I needed to have come earlier to sign 15 pages of paperwork that they probably don’t even look at. I was told I couldn’t be seen because it would cause too much delay in their next appointment. There was NO ONE in the waiting room. The entire practice looked pretty empty. I don’t think this was a logical reason for cancelling someone’s appointment. I have work, I have kids, this was the only time I could get away to get my illness checked out. I get that they have a schedule they need to stick to, but this was pretty unreasonable and I really believe they could have definitely seen me if they wanted to. It’s like they’re trying to flex their power and maintain a sense of order and control through this minuscule interaction that actually is worse for their business. Horrible receptionists with no empathy for patients.
