It was the most positive experience with doctors appointment I've ever had. Nobody was in a rush to get me out of there. They were very professional and assistant taking blood was very smooth and painless. Doctor took her time and listened to all my questions. Excellent experience.
Dr. Dieu is amazing. She is pleasant, well spoken, interactive, thorough and takes my concerns seriously. The reception staff and nurses are also really good. This is the best primary care provider I have been to.
Dr. Nguyen is a very excellent doctor who is very knowledgeable about her field of expertise. She explains things in a very clear and concise way if I am confused about any of the medical term used or anything that needs some type of explanation. The front desk staff is also very kind and polite and are never rude in any way, as well as any other doctors or staff I have dealt with at this office.
Both front and back offices of this practice goes above and beyond the norm..they are always friendly and professional and they manage their messages and drug refills quickly and Dr. Dieu is so nice and she makes you feel like you are her only patient while giving wonderful care.
