I loved my experience here. it was amazing! The doctor and the nurse were incredibly kind, friendly, and caring. They gave me clear instructions right away, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this clinic. What impressed me the most was that they spoke Spanish, and that was a huge plus for me since I was specifically looking for a clinic with Spanish-speaking staff. That was one of the most important factors for me.
This review is for Dr. Boone and ARC South 1st. Dr Boone created a reason on my new patient visit to bill extra services. Never vocalized any of this to me in person at the appointment, ghosted me when i shared feedback on MyChart (no response at all). Billing department rejected my dispute. No one from ARC has responded to any feedback or even acknowledge my account of what happened. Dr Boone and ARC are both a big disappointment and a crystal clear picture of how Doctors do the bidding of big healthcare on the frontlines instead of putting patients first.

After my test results were available, Dr. Jarrar promptly followed up with me through MyChart, which I really appreciated. I also needed an X-ray, and the entire process was quick and seamless.
