I'm a longtime patient of Dr. Anna Nguyen at AMA. I have the highest respect for her professionalism. She doesn't rush through appointments, and she actively listens and appropriately responds when I ask questions or express concerns. The PA, nurses, lab staff, and office staff are all very capable, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this medical team!

I absolutely love this office. The staff is always so nice and they work with me when my copay is due. Emily is one of the best providers I’ve seen in a long time. She takes the time to listen to my issues and provides the best care possible!
Dr. Nguyen is so attentive at every appointment. She takes the time to listen to my medical history, my concerns, etc. She is thorough in her approach to my healthcare and truly an advocate. Extremely satisfied — this practice is competent and caring, with local staff who know how important they are, including actually picking up the phone. That matters more than some may think. I can't stress enough how important this aspect of health care is. It didn't stop there — the best part is just how good Dr. Nguyen is: she listened very carefully and attentively during our initial meeting; it felt wonderful to have such a person in charge of such a crucial part of my life! Some background: our longtime doctor retired, and as many of us know, finding a real physician these days isn't easy. You've got urgent care clinics, which lack the continuity of a regular doctor who knows your medical history; "local" practices where your call gets routed to someone outside the US (with a home office nowhere near Austin, maybe not even in the country); and concierge practices that are usually just venture capital in a white coat, where you pay for the privilege of getting an appointment on their schedule, not yours.
