I called to schedule my 1st appointment with this doctor & the receptionist was very rude. The receptionist did not give me a chance to give her my insurance information. Therefore, this rude individual does not need to work as a receptionist. I have reported this office to United Healthcare today currently filing a complaint. If you don’t want to be rudely treated don’t call there.

Today, I had the worst experience at a doctor's office that I can ever remember. I am 69 years old (female) and I was in for my annual wellness exam. I agreed to permit a student doctor to come in and do a preliminary exam. He had terrible people skills (maybe he'll become a medical examiner!). He didn't look at my file, because I am a type 2 diabetic which he asked nothing about. My psychiatrist has been helping me to get offy psych meds for major depressive disorder with ADHD. This student began to grill me about why I wanted to go off these medications and he wouldn't let it rest. I believe some things are between my doctor and I so I tried to be polite, I have made a lot of positive life style changes that I had thought my doctor would celebrate with me, while monitoring my cholesterol and sugar. I felt so good about myself, his negativity was uncalled for. I have been experiencing vertigo when I bend my head down or up for a few minutes and my carpal tunnel is back in my right hand. I told him about it and he seemed totally uninterested. He was intent on lecturing me about medications and I think because I didn't really respond much, he felt he needed to continue. My lack of a responce was out of respect. I'm almost 70 years old and I have heard all the opinions, medical and otherwise on the subject. I want to see if diet will work for me. If not I will take medication. I'm not stupid. And I thought my doctor knew that. Instead, when this gentleman left, I waited. Looking forward to talk to my doctor. But my confidence was misplaced because she came in and talked about what he talked about. And so why do I need her as a physician if I'm not going to take these medications?!?! I was stunned. I told her I would be moving this spring/summer to Oklahoma but I will NEVER set foot in her office again. I have recommended her to people. I feel bad that I did now. I am still in shock. I was really looking forward to the appointment today.
She is the best of the best always a great visit with my dr she always listens to me . The staff is wonderful as always.
I took my neighbor here she loves this doctor!
