Doctor Lees office over the last 3 months, setting up my Medicare Doctor visits, I was told that "Tele-Med" was fine. I explained that I live in Panama, Central America half the year, and...no problem. The problem with Alopathic medicine today, is that We as patients are seen as "CASH COWS" that the doctor can MILK Medicare. Staff telling me that Dr. Lee might want to see me every month for some time. NO! You're NOT going to drain Medicare using my name and my account. I think I need to Elevate this to the Attorney Generals office, and Medicare. Do NOT take advantage of patients and their insurance. Shame on you Doc. Shame on you. ★ 3.7 · 29 reviewsI take blood pressure medication to mitigate chances of having a stroke or heart attack. My prescription for blood pressure medication ran out and when the pharmacy called Dr. Lee's office for a refill, Dr. Lee refused to refill the prescription without me coming in for a wellness checkup first. The problem is, Dr. Lee no longer accepts my insurance carrier. So, now I am left without any blood pressure medication until such time as I can get in to see a provider that accepts my insurance, and as we all know there is usually a waiting period between when you call to schedule an appointment as a new patient and when you actually get in to see the medical professional. Without my medication, the chances of me having a heart attack or stroke increase significantly. I called Dr. Lee's office to explain this problem, thinking maybe they would renew my prescription for at least 30 days, but they were completely unhelpful and uncaring, which was disappointing and certainly seems to indicate they are not concerned with their patients' welfare in the least. I'd also add that I have never actually been seen by or spoken to Dr. Lee. It has always been a PA who has met with me for my appointments.
Never wrote a review. I'm so upset that i have to do this one. I have been a patient of Dr Lee for a year and came for just a regular visit after having a baby. The visit went well no complaint. I had an immigration physical Exam schedule for today and Dr Lee office charge $450 OUT OF POCKET ( Even if you do have Insurance ) They said it's not covered which is the norm. So no problem for me. I took an early lunch break and went just hear LIES. First of all, she said my primary doctor ( Dr Lee) won't do any immunization shot ( except flu shot) to Adults except for immigration purpose which means that if i ever need a vaccine as a preventive care he won't be able to help me ( I though primary doctor were suppose to make sure you are healthy by providing any immunization you might need - it's called PREVENTIVE CARE) . Second of all, she has the audacity to tell me that my insurance won't cover my immunization - LIES because i called twice my insurance before and after my visit to Dr Lee office and print a copy of my insurance policy- and it says it's cover 100% under preventive care. Well, for someone in the medical field to LIE like that just made me and my husband change doctor. ETHIC do they remember what it means? She was just trying to charge me OUT OF POCKET expense. Can't do business with someone with no professional ethic. We will go spend our money somewhere else. We are switching doctor today. In the meantime, will go get those shots done at the health department for $75.
Dr. Lee was my mom and daddy’s doctor for 8 plus years. Head his staff were always so awesome to my parents. Super Doctor and awesome nurse. Mom ad daddy are both in heaven and Dr. Lee helped me are their last years easier. Thank you Dr. Lee❤️
It’s been a bit since I’ve gone there and stopped go because Candace Moore the PA, fat shamed me for gaining 3 lbs over the holidays. It still astounds me that she would ever think that that’s appropriate. Never ever saw a doctor.
