One of the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. The staff and Dr. Rahman were exceptional. They made me feel comfortable, took the time to explain everything in detail, and treated me with genuine kindness and respect. I absolutely love Dr. Rezwana Rahman! Growing up, I was used to seeing older, burnt-out, grumpy male doctors, so meeting Dr. Rezwana was a refreshing change. Having worked in the medical field myself, I understand how management can overwork doctors by scheduling back-to-back appointments. Given that this office is corporate-run, I assume they don’t always allow their doctors and PAs enough time with patients. Despite this, Dr. Rezwana always takes her time with you! My husband and I truly value her as our doctor. Over the past three years, we’ve seen her multiple times, and she has referred us to excellent specialists. I deeply appreciate her genuine care for her patients and her passion for her career. On another note, I’m so grateful they’ve replaced the two rude receptionists with two kind and welcoming ones! Their new, younger medical assistant is also fantastic (I wish I remembered her name). She always greets me with a cheerful “Hey girl, hey!”😄. It’s little things like that which make a big difference.
Dr. Rahman is great. She is kind and caring and shows a great amount of empathy. She takes her time and explains in detail and I always leave with a good understanding of my care. She has always met my needs and is readily available and I feel so lucky to have found her.
Had a great first appt. with Dr Rahman, she was so kind and personable, I did not feel rushed at all, all my questions were answered, and the office staff was just as friendly and welcoming too (which is a big deal too, you could tell they enjoyed their jobs). It was such a breath of fresh air compared to other pcp/offices I’ve been to in the past. I finally found the doc for me! Definitely give her a try :)
Daughter severly burned and Dr. Wouldn't provide referral to burn center. Wouldn't let her come in next day for 5 minute look over to provide pain meds or referral. We had to wait a week to get a new Dr. to see her right away and get referral to burn center. She was burned almost 25% of her body. We are at hospital now where they are performing surgery because of her 3rd degree burns compounded by Dr. Rahman not seeing her or giving referral
