Updated Feb 2026 - I gave them one last try (silly me) but after almost 3 months I still don’t have my diabetes medication. I have NEVER seen Dr Hames, just a new PA every visit. I leave messages but I don’t receive calls back. I have no idea how this office has good reviews but I am guessing it’s a bot or the reviews are paid for. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. Updated Jan 2026 - I have been to Dr Hames office 5 times but have yet to actually see him. I have had a different PA every time and the previous PAs no longer work there. I have been trying to get medication refills for my diabetes for more than 2 months now and all they tell me is “we are working on it”. I have no idea how his reviews can be where they are. Maybe it’s bots? And how does a DDS (dentist) end up an MD? I am certain the office will not reply. Original review: I made a new patient wellness appointment with Dr Hames but when I got to the appointment they sent me to his PA. I have diabetes and cancer but the PA did ZERO bloodwork, no A1C, no urine, nothing. And the office messed up my insurance somehow and submitted my claim to an insurance carrier I haven’t had in over 2 years - I don’t even know how that could happen because I wouldn’t have given them that information. My former Primary retired and I was so hoping Dr Hames office would be good but I was disappointed.
Dr Hames is amazing. I haven’t had a PCP in 15 years and decided to go to him. He took plenty of time with me, was gentle, kind, compassionate and very thorough. I’ll be sticking with him for the long long term! EXCELLENT!!!
