I enjoy my doctor visits with Dr Jeana Bright. @ Texas health in Fort Worth TX. She always listens to my concerns and gives helpful advice. I’ve been seeing her for past 3 plus years and she always treats me with kindness and respect. She makes me feel like I’m speaking with a friend or family member. the wait times in the office are usually reasonable .

My first meeting with Dr Benson After my longtime primary care physician retired, I began the difficult search for a new doctor. He had been my physician since he first opened his practice, and over the years I came to deeply appreciate his dedication, compassion, and thorough approach to patient care. Finding someone who inspired that same level of confidence and trust was not an easy task. After meeting with several physicians, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Chi Benson. From the moment she entered the room, I was impressed by her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine interest in my health. Although the appointment was intended to be an introductory meet-and-greet, I brought recent laboratory results with me. Dr. Benson took the time to review them carefully, explaining her observations in detail, answering each of my questions thoughtfully, and providing clear, well-reasoned recommendations. At no point did I feel rushed. Instead, I felt that she was fully engaged, listening carefully, and committed to understanding my overall health. During our conversation, Dr. Benson noticed that I was overdue for a complete physical examination and proactively scheduled a follow-up appointment. I also mentioned some discomfort in my lower groin area. Without hesitation, she recommended evaluating for a possible hernia, demonstrating the kind of thoroughness and attention to detail that immediately gave me confidence in her clinical judgment. When it came time for the examination, Dr. Benson conducted herself with the utmost professionalism and respect. She ensured that a nurse was present as a chaperone throughout the examination, which I appreciated. The nurse, who had taken my vital signs earlier, was warm, courteous, and reassuring. Dr Benson clearly explained what to expect, and her calm, friendly demeanor helped make what could have been an uncomfortable situation feel much more at ease. Throughout the entire visit, I was impressed not only by Dr. Benson’s clinical knowledge and thoroughness but also by the genuine compassion she demonstrated. She listens attentively, explains things in a way that is easy to understand, and takes thoughtful, appropriate action without delay. Those qualities are becoming increasingly difficult to find and deserve recognition. When I returned home, I told my wife that Dr. Benson reminded me of the physician I had trusted for so many years. Coming from someone who had such a longstanding relationship with his previous doctor, that is perhaps the highest compliment I could offer. The attending nurse; From the moment the nurse entered the room, she made a very positive first impression. She was friendly, personable, and professional. She took my vital signs, asked if I had any concerns or questions, and answered everything clearly. Before leaving the room, she let me know that Dr. Benson would be in shortly, which helped me know what to expect. Later, when Dr. Benson determined that a groin examination was appropriate, she explained that a chaperone would be present and asked the same nurse to return. I was admittedly somewhat nervous about such a personal examination, but I was relieved that it was the same nurse who had cared for me earlier in the visit. Her kind and respectful demeanor had already helped establish a level of trust. Throughout the examination, the nurse conducted herself with exceptional professionalism. She remained attentive to her role while also being mindful of my comfort. At several points she looked up with a warm, reassuring smile that helped ease my anxiety. She never said or did anything that made the situation feel awkward or uncomfortable. Instead, her calm presence, compassion, and respectful manner helped preserve my dignity during what can be an uncomfortable experience for many men. Once the examination was complete and I had dressed, she quietly excused herself from the room without drawing unnecessary attention to the situation. It was another example of her professionalism and respect.

This was our 1st appt here with Keely at 3pm and of course you need to be there 15 min early and we were 30 min early. No biggie, it’s our first appt. They take us back a little past 3 and the tech was really nice but then we wait til 3:45 and STILL no Dr or PA. We can hear her next door with a mom & daughter talking about birth control til they ask her to leave so they can talk about everything- walls are VERY thin. So we ask where she is and how much longer she’ll be and the nurse tells us she’s still with her 2:30 appt!! And it’s now 3:45!!! Since when is it ok to be in that appt for over an hour!!!! We take time off work to be treated like this? No thanks. The staff was nice, polite and very apologetic but there’s absolutely no excuse for this especially when we take time from work to do this. They did offer to have us see someone else but we shouldn’t have to have waited 45 minutes before getting that option, we have schedules to keep as well. We cancelled and we’ll find someone else.

Staff was extremely friendly. My appointment time was right on schedule and they had me in and out. My experience with Dr. Bright may have been one of the best I’ve had as she was very personable and informative. For once I didn’t feel rushed like the doctor was in a hurry to get to the next patient. Glad I was able to find this Dr. and her team.

Very pleasant! Dr. Bright has been my primary doctor for many years. She is very helpful and down to earth. She does not “rush “ her patients and is very comfortable to b with! Medically she is the best!
