We followed up four separate times between emails and calls and were told the same thing each time. It is now Thursday and we have not received a single dollar back. They also emailed asking for my sister’s name, which we had already provided multiple times. Disorganized, unresponsive, and unbothered sums it up well. I had my initial consultation with Dr. Hall yesterday (9/16/25). The office is very nice and peaceful. The front desk staff are helpful and the exam room is clean and well apportioned. Dr. Hall was very nice and thorough, covering everything one would expect in a kind and conscientious manner. All prescriptions and referrals were completed in a timely fashion. Dr. Hall has been my primary care physician for the past 10 years. She is incredible. She truly listens and takes time to understand her patients and get to the bottom of their health issues. She is patient and kind and makes everyone she comes in contact with feel seen and heard. There’s no way to describe the value in having a doctor who treats you like their only priority.

The office is beautifully designed, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
