I thank God for Doctor Ayham Shnekers. He is my mom's new primary care Doctor. I also am very happy with Doctor Lafitte J. Holmes Sr. My mom and I felt so much warmth as we entered building on our First visit. Which has not changed going forward. Both Doctors are very proactive, when it comes to their patience health and well being. They work on getting to the root of the medical issues/problems. My mom is more relaxed at her Doctors visits. We are always greeted with smiles and compassion. They are kind and professional.These Physicians take pride in making sure they get to the root of the medical problems. While working expeditiously to find resolutions for the successful heath, improvements and cures for their patients to the best of their abilities. Most importantly, you are always included in all decisions that are being made in terms of your health. They explain everything to you in detail. Making sure you understand the entire process. They listen to you concerns, and questions responding with care. Lupita is on top of her game, making sure the referrals are submitted to other specialist as needed. She also contacts the patient explaining the process. Lupita patiently gives you the instructions to follow step by step in regards to all referrals. She also Makes sure you understand the process, allowing you to ask questions about concerns and instructions. The entire staff are polite, kind, caring, supportive, imformative and professional. I know God placed us in the hands of Physicians, who really care about their patients. Moms health has improved tremendously. I thank God for these Doctors and staff members who care.
Had quite a wait today. But understandable lot's of patients. My perception for one of my meds was not called in. Dr gave me a sample so I'm covered for now but not the first time they forget to callbin one of my meds.
My favorite provider is Dr.Holmes the (nurse practitioner). He is the best. He’s very patient, compassionate and most of all knowledgeable. This is the type of provider you need for your aging parents and yourself. He Always follows up and seems to genuinely care. Thank you Dr. Holmes !
Great Doctors, NP's, and PA's I have always had a great experience these last 7+ years. Front desk is always very friendly, the staff in the back is always nice never rude. And lab is very fast and friendly.
