I have been seeing Dr. Apsley-Ambriz for 20+ years and absolutely love her and her staff. She is very patient and helps with any questions or concerns I have. If you are in need of a great PCP, I highly recommend seeing her.
I have been a patient here for at least a couple years now. Best care I have ever received. I can see the difference between MD and DO here. These DO physicians are more holistic and truly tailor care to you based on your own unique individual life experiences and lab results. They really do care and make the dynamic very personal. Also, I have had the blessing of receiving discounts from there since I am out of pocket. Their phlebotomists are also always nice… if you experience odd people answering the phone it’s because when they are closed or on lunch an answering service will answer and filter emergencies from general questions. They also only accept new patients at the beginning of the month. You just need to understand every clinic operates differently. People have become so impatient and entitled. I read some bad reviews and don't understand why some people have had only negative things to say. And the front desk are always willing to answer questions. There might be language barriers or cultural differences… but if you are nice you are met with niceness at the end of the day. God Bless! :)
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $ in this place. The receptionist is BEYOND rude and has no customer service at all. I went in for an appointment today and was approached by her with an issue and she was so incredibly rude and had terrible delivery. This is not the face you want representing your clinic. The doctor is amazing but her sister needs a different role if that is how she wants to treat customers. I never complain and leave reviews but I will be sure to let everyone know to not bother with a clinic that has 0 compassion and driven with attitude of a women like that.
Dr Apsley-Ambriz & staff are absolutely the greatest. 23 years of coming here & still great level of care. Dr Apsley doesn't rush her patients, taking time & advises the best treatments. Super fantastic office.
Very happy with the care I've received. Dr Apsley-Ambriz is very caring and professional. She really listens and never rushes an appointment. The office staff is very good. Had a problem getting a prescription filled at Walgreens and Diana went above and beyond to fix it for me. They always greet me by name when I come in.
