I’ve heard great things about Dr Scott Thomas but Amy is the WORST!! I went to this location back when it was owned by Christus Santa Rosa. I kept going when the Thomas family purchased the clinic. Amy misdiagnosed me twice and Scott had to come to her rescue. I asked if I could start seeing him and was told that they had a rule against switching from one to the other. Amy later rescheduled my appointment so she could pick up a custom van in Austin. A few months later I threw my back out and could hardly walk. I told them I might run late. The receptionist was understanding as I had been a patient there for many years. I showed up 11 min late and Amy wouldn’t see me. She refused to even speak with me directly and stood feet away from me avoiding eye contact at all cost. Dr Scott may be a medical doctor because he loves helping people but Amy is cold and inconsiderate with her patients. If you must visit this clinic schedule with him.

His goal is to ensure that the two of you are on the same page and comfortable. Dr Scott is without a doubt personable, possess a tremendous sense of humor, and has a tendency to make his patients feel like they are extended family. I have probably never experienced a wait time greater than 10 minutes for a scheduled appointment. Dr Scott is also a loyal family man, husband, and father. My whole family goes to see the PA Niccole Campbell. She is great. She is funny, energetic, positive, knowledgeable and makes the who appointment very enjoyable. My wife and kids love her as well as I do. The overall office is very clean and sanitary with a very friendly nurses and staff. I don't think any of us has ever waited more than 5 minutes when showing up for a scheduled appointment. We have not seen either of the doctors so I can't speak about them, but I like how they are Christian and run a very professional friendly practice.
Honestly, Scott is the best doctor I’ve ever had. I’ve had some rare medical issues and Dr. Scott diagnosed what ER doctors couldn’t figure out. He is 100% genuine (which is rare to see in this world), and I know he cares about me as a person, not just a patient. He is hilarious and always puts me at ease. And don’t even get me started on his staff. Omfg, those ladies are gold. The whole office has a great vibe. And his beautiful wife, Dr. Amy....gold. I’ve seen Dr. Scott for 9 years and I’ve never had a bad experience. 5 stars, all day long.
Dr. Scott Thomas is my primary doctor, but I did see Dr. Amy once. I've found them both to be highly competent and very nice. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to get in. My experiences have all been positive, so it's hard to relate to the negative comments. As far as the patients being dropped, maybe there is a problem with the staff?
