★★☆☆☆It’s difficult to separate the excellent care provided by the doctor from the experience with the office staff. Dr. Koretsky herself and her nurse practitioner are truly amazing—knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate. Unfortunately, communication with the office is extremely challenging, it's like pulling teeth. Reaching someone by phone feels nearly impossible, as calls are rarely returned and you have to keep calling until someone eventually answers. This is especially frustrating given that there are often two people at the front desk chatting when you arrive in person. Recently, imaging orders were sent to Radiology incorrectly. After Radiology sent them back for correction, the revised orders were still incorrect. Trying to reach someone to resolve this issue has been a nightmare. There seems to be a lack of urgency for matters that are time-sensitive and stressful for patients. The patient portal has also been ineffective, as messages cannot even get submitted (there's no submit button on my end). I truly wish the office communication matched the high quality of care provided by Dr. Koretsky and her nurse practitioner, as the administrative experience significantly detracts from an otherwise excellent medical practice.

I have left one voicemail a month for 3 months (they warn not to call repeatedly) and have never gotten a return call for new patient appointment, though their message promises a same day call back. Looking elsewhere to handle my health.
