The medical assistant, Aleena, who helped me during my wellness visit was excellent. She was friendly, organized, and very patient while taking my information and vitals. She made sure I felt comfortable and answered my questions in a clear and respectful way. Her positive attitude really made my visit a pleasant experience.
The professionalism and care received at Dominion has gone downhill considerably. I am now seeing nurse practitioners (De Leon) instead of Doctors. They aren’t responding to my insurance to get prescriptions filled. Their one rep that deals with insurance is out on leave with NO BACKUP. A whole Doctors office with a single point of failure in a critical role to be point it takes over a month to get a single prescription filled. When I call, I’m either told I am calling the wrong location or I need to go on the app to try and communicate with their own practitioner to get them to respond. Multiple “we’ll look into that and get back with you” They do absolutely try to get me to book another appointment though. The lack of professionalism is stunning. Edit: If this business put as much effort into their jobs as they did in their reviews, this wouldn’t be necessary. Just to be clear, my insurance said that the same incorrect information was provided to them for authorization which triggers the need for an appeal. I gave you everything you needed to submit for the medication requested. Just to be clear, the medication I am requested is authorized but it does need a justification over alternatives. My insurance has now reached out to your pre-authorization office to make sure they know what they are doing.
Extremely thorough and very nice staff. I was very impressed, it was my first time at the clinic and Dr. Sidiqi was very accommodating and clearly passionate about her practice. The receptionist was extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the clinic. My nurse today Aleena made the process seamless, I was never waiting for long, all my referrals were printed out and handed to me in an orderly fashion. By far the best practice I’ve been too and I’m looking forward to next appointment.
The staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Sidiqi is so nice and patient. She answered all of my questions. The office is small and inviting. They also do labs there, which is a great convenience. I'm blessed to have dound a wonderful Dr. and office. Thanks guys!
The first time ever did seeing a dr go this smoothly. From the front desk person (Roomina) to the doctor it was a good experience. Roomina was very helpful and knowledgeable and nice. The doctors expertise made me feel at ease.
