In the last few months this office has dropped the ball in empathy and professionalism. I always did my blood work at the same time of my appointment, now they outsource you downstairs to the second floor (which is also unprofessional). I am out of medicine and can't get no one on the phone as usual. I have finally decided to just switch PCP's after being with this clinic for roughly 8 years. They seem to be in business to kill and not heal.
Waste of time. The NP (Nancy) is very kind but scared to practice. She would be a great urgent care NP but not good as a PCP. She will refer you out for everything. I was in pain and couldn’t even get tramadol- ended up I’m the hospital requiring surgery. She missed the mark by trying to just make a referral To another physician. She says everything is out of her scope- even writing a doctors note. I had gastroenteritis symptoms and tried to make an appointment and she called and told me to go to the ER. The physician in the practice (Dr. Gajic) is worthless and has no professionalism at all. Office staff and medical assistants are great. Kind and consistent. As a nurse, I do not recommend.
Do not use this doctor’s office! Unorganized, consistently late, unprofessional! I have NEVER been seen on time. They schedule appointments knowing that the provider is not scheduled. Furthermore, they cannot keep good providers! Every time I have come, there is a new provider. That’s a red flag!!
The practitioner there don't return calls and will lie and say u don't leave a message. And won't return phone call even if u need to get medicine u really need . She don't Noone health and she shows by not return calls and will have an attitude when you come to the office. At the humble location. My rating is really a 1/2 a star . But doctor is good .
I recommend this clinic for anyone who suffers from chronic issues! Clean environment and from the front desk to the back office! Great reception services from the front desk, and the pain management doctors and NP, skills are dynamic! They listen well to your chief complaint you are going through and they provide the best possible care for your situation! Explain everything to you, and discuss options for a better way to helping you cope with the pain!
