I went for a visit and saw Dr. Italia because my regular doctor was not available. He was very good, thorough and professional. His assistant Maria was amazing, very caring and I felt like I was in great hands with both of them. Maria, keep up the great work for the patients!
Like my doctor just fine, but my pharmacy is not getting my prescription refills from this office timely, causing me to miss doses of my medication - despite me calling to remind them. If not getting your prescriptions timely is an issue that might affect your health, I would recommend going elsewhere.
I have been patient for this excellent clinic for over 15 years. Staff are amazing. Especially Dr Sorab Italia has been very helpful and always informative. He’s very knowledgeable. He treats patients with respect and compassion. I am so grateful for having Dr Italia as my primary care physician.
Everything is great , great staff, good docs. But the entrance door doesn’t have automatic opening doors for patients in wheelchair? How is that possible? Doctors office that’s not ADA compliant? The doors are heavy to open for people with arthritis and other conditions. Deducted one star just for that.
