I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this office and the lack of communication and follow-through I received throughout the entire process. I have been trying to get in contact with the office for over three weeks simply to have some basic questions answered. I reached out through the patient portal and received no response. I also called the office multiple times and left messages, yet no one returned my calls. For a medical office, I find this level of communication completely unacceptable. Patients should not have to repeatedly call, leave messages, and send portal messages just to receive a response. Because I was unable to get basic questions answered, I eventually scheduled an appointment because I thought the most efficient way to address my concerns would be to speak directly with the doctor. I specifically scheduled the appointment with the expectation that I would be able to discuss my questions with my physician. However, when I arrived, I discovered that the appointment was actually with the NP, Phi. I was never informed beforehand that I would not be seeing my doctor. Had I known the appointment was going to be with the NP instead, I would have made a different decision about scheduling it. The appointment itself was also extremely disappointing. Phi was dismissive of my concerns and was unable to adequately answer the questions I had. I understand that an NP may not always be able to answer every question, but in that situation, I would have expected my concerns to be taken seriously and appropriately escalated to the physician or someone who could provide the information I was seeking. Instead, I left the appointment without the answers I originally scheduled the appointment to obtain. This essentially defeated the entire purpose of the appointment. I spent time and money scheduling and attending an appointment, only to leave without my questions being answered and without receiving the communication or follow-up I had been trying to obtain for weeks. I was then told that someone would follow up with me. I waited for weeks, and once again, no one contacted me. I eventually had to reach out to the office myself. I was told by the office manager that someone would call me back, and once again, no one followed up. At this point, it feels like I have had to chase this office every step of the way just to get basic communication. I should not have to repeatedly call, send portal messages, attend an appointment, and then continue following up afterward simply to get a response. What makes this particularly frustrating is that none of my expectations were unreasonable. I wanted to communicate with my doctor’s office, have my questions answered, know who I would be seeing for my appointment, and receive the follow-up I was promised. Those are very basic expectations for a healthcare provider. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability I experienced. If an appointment is going to be with an NP rather than the physician, patients should be informed before the appointment, particularly when they are specifically trying to speak with their doctor. If the NP cannot answer the patient’s questions, there should be a clear process for involving the physician rather than simply dismissing the concerns and sending the patient home without answers. The repeated lack of follow-through is also unacceptable. Being told someone will call back and then hearing nothing, especially after already spending weeks trying to reach the office, is incredibly frustrating. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and addresses its communication and patient-care processes. Patients should not have to work this hard to get basic answers from their own healthcare provider. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this clinic and would strongly encourage management to evaluate how patient calls, portal messages, appointments, and promised follow-ups are being handled.

If I could give this team more than five stars, I absolutely would. The professionalism from Dr. Abdul Abdellatif, MD, and Kristen is truly exceptional. Dr. Abdellatif takes the time to genuinely listen, thoroughly review results, and treat you like a patient not just a number. His level of care, attention, and commitment to creating a thoughtful treatment plan is exactly what healthcare should be. Kristen is equally phenomenal on the administrative side, ensuring labs are sent to the appropriate vendor, handling scheduling seamlessly, and making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Together, you both demonstrate what outstanding healthcare service should look like. Thank you for all that you do!
After having a life-threatening motorcycle accident, I have been blessed to be under Dr. Kannady’s care. Dr. Kannady is professional, extremely knowledgeable as well as personable. His expertise has expedited my path to a full recovery regarding my men’s health. I highly recommend his urologist practice!
This place is horrible. The medical staff has consistently made horribe mistakes with my medication, sent wrong medicine to pharmacy and has delayed processing prescriptions that have affected my health. DR. Mohammed's assistant and team is the worst and I'm tired of being silent about it. I'm seeking legal advice next week. The medical staff is changing dr orders and everything without looking at notes, writing contradicting prescriptions, and all types of other things. Trying to reach someone on the phone is nearly impossible as well. Keep you and your family away from this place!
Dr. Attiyah Zaheer is an acceptional doctor and team member for Family Health at CLS who went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I can't express how grateful I am to have her as my attending physician and health provider. She listened attentively as a poured my heart out and she advocated on my behalf to bring justice to an unfair situation concerning my health and employment. The team have hearts of gold and I appreciate everyone's assistance.
