If I could give zero stars, I would. Went there for a third time to take my son. On my second visit, they had me call my insurance to change the PCP which I did. I gave them the information after I made the call and they were able to see my son. On my third visit, they told me I have to call insurance to go through that whole process again. I took my documents and left. Not only that, I made the appointment online the night before and when I got there, my appointment wasn't even showing in their system. Like what's the purpose of having an online system if it doesn't work. Oh, and not to mention those ladies at the front, NOT VERY PLEASANT!!!! I'll be taking my child somewhere else. BYE!!!
The lady that answers the phone needs to be fired, like yesterday. She never sends prescriptions, she never sends referrals despite MANY phone calls. She is rude as can be. She is a LIAR. She keeps telling me she is sending the prescription but she never does, then has the nerve to be rude and sighs. I think she enjoys watching people suffer. She enjoys having that control over people’s medicine and life. I think she is hoping someone dies because of her negligence and laziness and lies. Why would you hire someone as useless, rude, and lazy as her to answer the phone? I will be filing official complaints.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The receptionist here are the worst. The referrals are old and the doctor in charge has no idea how bad it is. This place needs to close. They are just taking people money and overcharging insurance.
