I felt love from the whole team. It started from the front desk to the nurse and all the way to Audrey! I was treated with nothing but dignity, love and respect. So much care and compassion I felt from the beginning to the end. I will continue to come back and tell my family and friend's about this lovely place! The women medical team at this office are AMAZING! The doctor and nurse I saw were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, professional, proactive, patient, thorough and all the things of an ideal experience. Making an appointment was simple and timely. I have been looking for a new doctor close to home and feel excited to have found one. 10 stars all around!! Due to a bad experience 2 years ago, I have been avoiding this practice. It took the dr over a week to call in my prescription refills. Yesterday I needed to see a doctor asap and in a panic made an appt here. I was pleasantly surprised to see the new staff when I arrived — and they exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for incredible women medical professionals - this is your place! Highly recommend!!

They took the time to listen carefully, asked thoughtful follow-up questions, and made sure I understood the next steps before I left. Scheduling was easy, the front desk staff was very helpful, and the office itself was clean and welcoming. It’s rare to find a primary care practice that treats patients like people instead of chart numbers. Highly recommend.
This was my first time at Total Care and I was very impressed. I did not have to wait long, which I’m use to doing at the doctor’s office. They were very professional and answered all of my questions. They have a lab onsite for bloodwork, so I didn’t have to go somewhere else to have that finished. The nurse and the PA were both very friendly and personable. I will definitely continue using this office for my primary care in the future.
I absolutely had an amazing time here. I felt heard and understood. I immediately recommended Audrey to a friend, and am excited to work with her. Her staff was friendly and informative as well. The place was clean with complimentary water and coffee. 10/10 in my books! ◡̈
