I have always been treated very well at Victory medical the staff there is great at the front desk is great. I just wish they could do something for me because there’s nothing they can do. It’s not them. It’s the insurance adjuster. I guess that’s what I’m understanding and I’ve been coming to Victory medical for four months now and still haven’t been able to start Physical Therapy from a whiplash I received at work and I’ve been in pain for four months I’ve had to go to my granddaughter‘s wedding in Pain I’ve had to go to anything I had in pain. I should not have to be like I am right now in the workers comp system is somewhat broken. If you ask me because if you’re hurt, it hurt, you don’t have any medical recourse except for its matter if you prove that you’re injured not your you’re injured the doctor say so we’re gonna treat you. That’s not what I thought you know I’ve always thought that if you get hurt, they’re gonna take care of you they’re gonna get you the proper medical care that you need and I haven’t gotten it. I’ve gotten none no treatment really whatsoever except for pills. I’m still in the same situation as I was the day. I’ve got injured. I’m not any better if anything I’m a little worse and I just wish that I could get some help some relief. The system isn’t designed to help injured workers. Get better because the insurance adjusters were allowed to try every avenue they can to not pay for your medical treatment, plain and simple they try everything and say everything and it’s not fair because when you’re injured, you’re all you want is some relief you want to get better and get back to work and when you’re not allowed to it can be very frustrating. It can be very depressing and it’s it’s just feels like it’s so wrong cause you didn’t do anything to deserve what you’re getting. That’s where I’m at at Victory medical on the other hand has given me everything that they can. They have treated me very well. Every time I go there’s only so much that they can do because everything has to be done on a referral and has to go through the insurance adjuster to be okayed or not okayed and it seems as if they do everything to try and not OK something and twist and turn things to find you wrong. I don’t know. I’m very frustrated with it but thank you everybody at Victory medical for being a little light in this claim that I’m going through. It’s nice to have a smile and be greeted and treated like a human being when I come down there I think you all are very good at what you do keep up the good work you’ve got a great practice there and it’s one that I would definitely recommend somebody go to if they needed to. I had been going back and forth between Victory Medical and multiple pharmacies trying to get clarity about my prescriptions, and the situation had become incredibly frustrating and confusing. Lisa was different. She actually listened, understood why I was frustrated, and instead of simply sending me to another department, she took ownership of the situation. She went directly to the clinical director, made calls, and worked to get actual answers. That kind of initiative and follow-through is rare. Laura Nguyen was absolutely wonderful, I came into my first visit with alot of complex autoimmune issues and she understood how they were related and was honest with me about referrals to specialists and insurance coverage. What was refreshing from years past was she listened and understood that I have a multitude of issues and she did not try to medically gaslight me which can be common. It's really quite lovely to be heard, listened to, and given grace in care.
Dr. Hadley did a great job helping me. I had an annual physical and he took the time to answer my questions. I’ve been a patient at Victory Medical for over 10 years. I highly recommend!!
Dr. Ralph Hadley and his nurse are just wonderful people. Dr. Hadley is a very kind and caring Doctor. It doesn’t matter what you go in to see him for, he listens and you know your problem is important to him. He takes such good care of his patients. We need more Doctors like him!!!!
